Refund policy

We offer store credit or exchanges for the price paid on ( UNWORNED ) items , except for JEWELRY, SWIMSUITS, LINGERIE AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE / NON RETURN ETC.

We DO NOT offer refunds. If your item received does not fit, is sent incorrectly (size, color, quantity) , received damaged and /or defective ; please submit a request for an exchange or store credit within the allowable return timeframe.

Our policy lasts up to 15days after confirmed delivery.  If 15 days have gone by since your package delivery, unfortunately we cannot consider your request. 



If you decide to preorder item(s) on our website, please note the following:

  • Preorder items are for restocks and upcoming limited items. These items will normally be shipped within two weeks or date shown on the preorder page. If there's a delay , you will be contacted and given the option to wait the new estimated ship date or a refund. Preorders restocks can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the popularity of the item(s).
  • Please note that pre-orders are treated as a standard order and the payment will be taken from your account as a normal transaction immediately at checkout, not when the item ships. If there are multiple items in your order, each will be shipped according to current stock. 
  • ANY item(s) including pre-order item(s),  which becomes out of stock after purchase, will be refunded minus any discount codes used.

We do our very best to communicate all details for preorders on the product and policy page, if you have any questions/comments , please feel free to reach out to us via .



 We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry and DO NOT accept returns/store credits requests on these items . We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. However, we deal with credit request on a case-by-case basis for store credit  for the value of the item(s).



 Sale items are FINAL and cannot be credited.  We DO NOT accept store credit request on products that are intimate,  swimwear, lingerie or any item marked as SALE/ FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE. 



To be eligible for exchange and store credit your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that received , and must be in the original packaging. To complete your request , please notify us within 15 days of delivery [according to confirmed delivery date of the tracking number].

  • For DAMAGED Items : Please email us at and include your order number and evidence of damage,(EX: multiple photos). Please be advised that your request will be handled on a case-by-case basis and additional details may be requested to further assess the request.
  • For PRE-ORDERED items: You have 15 days from the day date the package was delivered to submit a store credit request. 


Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded by ShopRbls. Please do not ship your purchase back to us or to the warehouse prior to contacting us for an approved return for store credit or exchange. 

Once submitted please allow 2 business days to be notified of the approval or rejection of your request. Once approved you will be expected to ship your item to ShopRbls within 3 days with using the return label provided. 

* If you decide to use your own shipping please be advised that you will be responsible to use a reliable trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. And once shipped to provide the tracking information to validate your request, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package without a tracking number. 



Once we confirm that we have received and inspected your returned item(s), a store credit / gift certificate for the price paid , will be emailed and / or added to your account within 1-3 business days. 

 Please be advised : 

 There are certain situations where only partial credit is granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, shows non mail carrier related damages or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and/or carrier handling. 
- Any request submitted more than 15 days after delivery



Items marked as GIFT(S) or FREE , as part of a promotion when added to a purchase are not returnable or eligible for store credits. If there are special circumstances please contact us at  for assistance .
