SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICIES 


ORDER PROCESSING 

  • Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends. During US holidays, sales & promotions , order processing will take longer due to high volume, please expect an additional 1-2 business days at most for processing and shipments. 
  • Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email and/or phone number the order was placed under or the one given at checkout .

  • When possible items will be shipped in one package , but expect your order to usually come in multiple shipments . 


 Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that the carrier has been notified of the assigned tracking number on your package (mailing label).

    • Shipping Fees 

    We’re proud to offer free shipping once you meet the minimum AND international shipping on most orders ! Expedited shipping is BASED ON AVAILABILITY/ LOCATION and AT COST. These options will always be outlined in the checkout process when it is available for your shipment.   

    (Update 11/1/21) Current Average Delivery Times: 

    • 5 - 10 Business days  for STANDARD DELIVERY in domestic /continental US & Canada. 
    • 7-15 Business days for STANDARD DELIVERY for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country of delivery.
    • 3-5 Business days for EXPRESS DELIVERY for orders depending on the country of delivery. 

    ***If shipped from one of our verified vendors , please allow between 7 to 15 business days for delivery regardless of country. This exception also applies to preorders, in which the item estimated shipping date will be outlined in the product details. 

     

    (Update 7/2/20) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic , carriers are experiencing longer than expected delays in updating the tracking information and/or delivery delays. Our orders are still being processed and shipped out within 3 business days however,  please kindly understand that carrier shipping delays are outside of our control. We will always work diligently with you and the carriers shall any shipping issues arise . Thank you for your understanding and patience .
