How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends. During US holidays, sales & promotions , order processing will take longer due to high volume, please expect an additional 1-2 business days at most for processing and shipments.
I did not receive an email confirmation after placing my order!
Please always check your spam box first. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please reach out to us with your full name , email and order number via the contact form or shoot us an email so that we can resend it to you!
I forgot to add an item to my order! Help!
If you forget to add an item to your order , please reach out to us within 24 hours of your original order with the order number and the name of the item that you wish to add, so that we can provide you with options!
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. Therefore please contact us prior to submitting an order, if you have questions, concerns during your order process.
I received notification that an item was removed, will I be refunded?
If an item unexpectedly goes out of stock , it will be removed from your order and the rest of your items will be processed as normal . Expect a refund to be automatically sent back to your method of payment within 2-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
When will my order be shipped?

  • Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email and/or phone number the order was placed under or the one given at checkout . When possible items will be shipped in one package, but usually expect your order to usually come in multiple shipments.
  • Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that the carrier has been notified of the assigned tracking number on your package (mailing label).
  • Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process. Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
When will I receive my order ?

My order was returned to sender! Whats next ?
If a package is refused , returned to us and/or deemed non-deliverable by the courier(s) for any reason, ShopRbls will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s), not including original shipping fees. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We cannot make deliveries to PO Boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address if possible.
Shipping Fees
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and always be outlined in the checkout process when it is available for your shipment. Please also refer to the shipping policy page to obtain more details. Shipping fees when paid are non-refundable! We’re proud to offer free shipping once you meet the minimum AND international shipping on most orders! Expedited shipping is BASED ON AVAILABILITY/ LOCATION and AT COST.
Why was my complete order cancelled?
This is very rare! However , if you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're sorry about that. This will usually be because the items were out of stock when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The refund may take up to 7 business days according to your banking institution. This can also be because we were unable to verify your information after reaching out to you via email to do so. I got an email stating my information could not be verified and that my order may be cancelled
We reserve the right to ask for validation of your payment after checkout. Our customer’s security is our #1 priority. There may be times when we are unable to verify billing details at checkout. In these cases, we will reach out to you directly by email or by phone to verify the information so we can process the order. Please ensure all billing details including full name and address are entered correctly at checkout and match the details of the form of payment being used to avoid any potential cancellations, and potential fraud issues after check out.
Can I cancel my order ?
We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. Therefore please contact us prior to submitting an order, if you have questions, concerns during your order process. If your order has been shipped , please return the package unworned for store credit , minus the shipping fee if you have paid one .
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice . To return an item for store credit please follow the steps stated in ‘HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT?’.
How do I return an item for store credit?
To be eligible for store credit your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that received , and must be in the original packaging. To complete your request , please notify us within 15 days of delivery [according to confirmed delivery date of the tracking number], with your order number , to obtain store credit request number. Please refer to the section " Return Shipping For Store Credit" in the full return policy for complete details.
One of my items was received damaged / faulty, what do I do ?
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab or email us at and include your order number and evidence of damage, (EX: photo / video). Please be advised that your request will be handled on a case-by-case basis and additional details may be requested to further assess your request. Please allow 2 business days for a follow up.
Can I return my item(s)? I am outside of the returns period.
Over 15 days? We cannot accept returns that are over 15 days after delivery.
Do you credit the return shipping fee?
Return shipping costs WILL NOT be credited by ShopRbls.
