RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are refunded via store credit or gift cards. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment unless purchased on specific platforms.

We encourage you to take your time in selecting and to feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your account; you will have to sign in to your ShopRbls.com account to view and apply your store credit.

Request and use the prepaid label to postmark your UNUSED AND TAGGED return within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items MUST BE SENT BACK IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION. No items from SALES, CLEARANCE and any other items specified as final sale/ no return will be accepted.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and/or Pre-Orders. Please expect an additional 1-2 business days at most for processing during holidays and sales.

Free shipping is available on some items, all other shipping rates costs are calculated at checkout.
